Billing System Updates
New Billing System Updates Clarification.
- All customers will have a new account number that will appear on the bill that will be mailed or emailed in December.
- WEBSITE Log-on: IF you are a customer who currently has an online account on the website currently, you will need to create a new Log-on after November 18, 2025. IF you DO NOT currently have an online account, you DO NOT have to create one.
- IF you are currently on recurring credit card payments, then you will need to create a new website log-on and re-sign up for recurring credit card payments for the December 7th payment. November 7th payment will still be processed like it is now. IF you are NOT then, you do not have to do anything.
- IF you are ACH Draft (which means you have signed up for automatic payment with a checking account) you DO NOT need to do anything.
- IF you receive a paper bill, you will still receive a paper bill, this is NOT changing.
- IF you receive an e-bill, you will still receive an e-bill, this is NOT changing.
- IF you pay your bill by mailing in a check, dropping off a check, calling in with checking or card information, or visiting our office in person, NONE of that is changing. You can continue to pay your bill the same way you always have in the past.
